Hi, I'm Sheila.

I opened Sheilift Aesthetics in 2019 after years of treating my own sensitive skin and realizing how few studios actually listened. Today it's a one-room, one-guest-at-a-time studio in West Miami.

Every appointment starts with a real conversation. We figure out what your skin actually needs that day — not a script. I work with custom blends, real ingredients, and only the tools and serums I'd put on my own face.

You leave with a plan. Sometimes that means a series of facials, sometimes it means doing less. Always honest.

After your facial

  • —Skip makeup for the rest of the day if you can.
  • —SPF 30+ tomorrow, no exceptions.
  • —Hold off on actives (retinol, acids) for 3 nights.
  • —Drink water. Sleep on a clean pillowcase.
  • —Avoid hot yoga, saunas, and intense workouts for 24 hours.

After your lash lift

  • —Keep lashes dry for 24 hours — no water, steam, or sweat.
  • —Avoid oil-based cleansers and makeup removers.
  • —Sleep on your back the first night if possible.
  • —Brush gently with a clean spoolie every morning.
  • —Skip waterproof mascara — you won't need it anyway.

After your brows

  • —Keep them dry for 24 hours.
  • —No makeup or skincare on the brow area for one day.
  • —Brush them up daily to keep the laminated shape.
  • —Avoid steam, sweat, and direct sun the first 24 hours.
  • —Use a nourishing brow serum or castor oil at night.

Good questions.

A few things clients ask before their first visit.

Come in with clean skin (or as clean as you can manage) and skip any actives — retinoids, AHAs, BHAs — for 3–5 days. Avoid sun exposure and waxing the same area for 48 hours before.

Every 4–6 weeks is the sweet spot for most skin. We'll build a rhythm together based on what your skin actually needs.

I always recommend giving your skin a few hours to breathe and absorb everything we just worked into it. SPF only for the rest of the day if you can.

By appointment only. The booking flow keeps the studio calm and gives every guest the time they deserve.

24-hour notice, please. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service. No-shows are charged the full amount.

Yes, when done correctly. I use professional-grade product, patch-test new clients on request, and the lift lasts 6–8 weeks as your natural lashes cycle.
